1. Do you service areas outside of Penang?

Currently our active operations are dedicated exclusively to Penang (covering George Town, Batu Ferringhi, Bayan Lepas, Tanjung Tokong, Butterworth, Bukit Mertajam and surrounding mainland zones).
2. How do I arrange a pickup in Penang?

Click "Book Pickup", enter your Penang hotel or residence address, choose your load size, and confirm directly on WhatsApp.
3. Is pickup and delivery free?

Yes, it is 100% free with our Family Load (up to 9.5 KG). For Small, Regular, and Classic bags, a flat RM 5 delivery fee applies.
4. How long does standard turnaround take?

Our standard service returns clean, folded clothes in 24 hours. For urgent schedules, we offer Same-Day (+RM 20) and 4-Hour Express (+RM 35).
5. Do I need to be present when you collect?

No! You can simply leave your bag labeled with your name at the hotel concierge or condominium guardhouse/reception.
6. How do you transport the laundry?

For nearby locations, our staff collect on foot or bicycle. For farther hotels and condos across Penang, we use insured on-demand Lalamove riders.
7. What if my laundry exceeds the package weight?

Our couriers carry digital scales. We verify the exact weight upon arrival and message you on WhatsApp before proceeding if there is any adjustment needed.
8. Are white clothes washed separately from colored ones?

Always. Every bag is inspected and sorted by fabric type and color to prevent color bleeding and preserve fabric quality.
9. Can I request ironing for shirts and dresses?

Yes, steam ironing is available at a flat rate of RM 4 per garment. Your clothes will be pressed crisp and neatly packed on hangers.
10. How do I track my order live?

Every order generates a unique code (e.g., WB-XXXXXX). Visit our Track page or enter the code on WhatsApp to check if your load is Picked Up, Washing, or Out for Delivery.
11. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Cash upon delivery, DuitNow QR, online bank transfer, and international cards. You only pay after your laundry is safely delivered back.
12. Can I order through channels other than this website?

Yes! You can book directly via WhatsApp, WeChat, or our official social media accounts.
13. What detergents do you use?
▼
We use commercial-grade, hypoallergenic, and lightly fragranced eco-friendly detergents suitable for sensitive skin and baby clothes.
14. How do I join the Hotel / Concierge Partner program?

Hotels and front-desk concierges receive dedicated QR codes and earn commission on every guest referral. Use our Partner Login portal to access your dashboard.
